After a career beginning running a modest Eastern Suburbs real estate office, selling luxury real estate throughout Sydney, as well as specialising in the sale of development sites and forging a strong sale acumen in project marketing, our Principal, Neaf Ziade, transitioned into property development with an array of small to large developments across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.

His passion for sales attracted him back to real estate forming a small boutique agency - propertia - specialising in sourcing, negotiating and selling development sites throughout Sydney. With a thorough knowledge of construction, development and planning, he has re-entered the real estate market accomplishing outstanding record sales in the North, South and Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.

With recent sales being achieved off market and on market, sales to date have exceeded $200,000,000.
